Recently flew Brisbane to Paris via Doha The leg from Brisbane to Doha was under Virgin abd Doha to Paris was Qatar. Return legs were same set up. We were looking forward to flights and are seasoned flyers. The Qatar legs were okay but the 777 Q seats were very cramped and uncomfortable and the noise from the engine was very loud. Also the food was not good bland and wet soft fish. The Qatar A380 leg from Paris to Doha was great. Staff on all flights were also very good Sorry will not fly with Qatar again if Virgin are involved. Noel

Booked a flight last night Madrid-Doha-Sydney. Went all the way through, points and credit details , all confirmed. Then this morning,no confirmation and points still in Velocity. Called Velocity and they said sorry we have an issue with website showing seats not available!! They can see what happened but would give us a seat . Not happy as no other business tickets are available. Any advice. Was for November !
